About me:
My name is Melora and I've been scanning rare Zelda material for 20ish years -but I took some reallllly long breaks due to health. I've been doing this mostly to locate artwork and get missing things online, I'm hugely responsible (and grossly un-sourced, lol) for a ton of the old Zelda art stuff making it onto the web in the late 90's/early 2000's before Nintendo released all these nice digital versions. Anyway, I'm back at it to actually try to do a good job this time. I'm currently archivally scanning out-of-print books, guides, manga for the series and I'm doing this to try to make the most extensive art galleries for the series. It has been way too easy for the web to lose art, it's too hard to find everything in the nooks and crannies of wikis, and it really feels like it just needs to be curated at an easy to access and reference place.

Real quick: If you would like links & info on the known Zelda manga & other publications (& help me add anything I missed) I'm building albums on flickr to keep track:

Current Projects:
Updated July 15, 2022
  1. Publication Scans: I'm actively in the middle of making archival scans of all the out of print publications. This is a huge project with over 100 books that are going to be scanned. Read more about that here.
  2. Translations: I'm working on finding translators for many of those publications. Do you have really decent skills as a translator? Read more here.
  3. Scanlation Editors Needed: Several things that have been translated need editors but if no one shows up I'll be doing that. Do you have rather amazing editing skills? ...Please help. I am swamped! Just contact me with an example of your work
  4. Non-Console Games: I'm working with a translator and coder, as well as the collector linksliltri4ce, to get some of the old board and non-system games playable. My part is just getting the art into a useable format. The Game Watch is probably next. Find the finished ones here.
  5. Help Me With What's Missing: The ever amazing women and Zelda collectors, linksliltri4ce and ikhana, are going to be helping me get missing Zelda art and publications onto the web. Can you help us out? Here's an album of some things I need that could save them some work. (And I'm sure there's more that isn't in that album)
  6. Guide Scans and Art: Mases of Zelda Dungeon is scanning his guides so I'm joining in to make that a priority. He's been one of the most incredible members of the Zelda community for 20+ years and has personally gone out of his way to help me get a lot of art I couldn't find. Here is a list of guides I know about with links to scans and information. The list will continuously be updated.
  7. Official and Semi-Official Zelda Art Collection: This is actually a super high priority for me but I want to get some scans done and then will start back up with Breath of the Wild's art next. More details on that below:
